Amy Vracar is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Distinctive Schools. She joined Distinctive Schools in 2017, bringing more than 10 years of experience in communications, project management, and education industry to her role with the organization. Amy leads external affairs and grant development for Distinctive Schools, as well as supports new school start-up and various leadership projects. Prior to her current role, Amy was a product marketing manager for talent education technology solutions at TeacherMatch, a PeopleAdmin Company, leading content development and digital strategies, as well as held marketing and public relations roles at a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partner, the Algonquin Area Public Library, and Harper College. Amy is graduate of Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois, with a Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, and theatre.
