Ryan Stanley is the principal at the LEAD Innovation Studio, a public high school in the Park Hill School District in Kansas City, Missouri. LEAD opened in 2017 to provide district students with a choice for a school focused on Project and professional-based learning with an emphasis on personalized learning and individualized support through Mentorship. He studied History and German at the University of Arkansas where he competed in Track and Field. He completed his M.A. in German Literature at Arkansas and earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Kansas. Ryan’s focus as a building leader is to ensure every student is challenged to be a LEADer, to be Empowered, to Aspire and to Dream.
